Our Adult Ballet Fitness class combines traditional ballet techniques with targeted exercises designed to improve flexibility, core strength, balance, and endurance.

Each class incorporates a ballet-inspired workout, from barre exercises to dynamic, full-body movements, giving you a comprehensive, low-impact workout that tones and sculpts. 

Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is a fun, energising way to stay active, build lean muscle, and improve posture while moving to beautiful music in a supportive, welcoming environment.
